After training at Elite JKD & FMA, Sean is an amazing coach! He's professional. He teaches techniques & strategies in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts. He sees your strengths and weaknesses. He's very positive even if you mess up. Plus he knows when to push you too. In the training session with Sean time flies by quickly with full action! I feel very comfortable and confident when training at Elite JKD & FMA with my Coach Sean.

Sifu Sean is the man! If you're interested in learning practical and an extremely interesting combination of martial arts, Elite JKD is for you. Boxing, JKD and Kali are an awesome combination and I get a great work out with amazing self defense and martial arts teaching.

Sean is a very knowledgeable and affable instructor. My background includes 5 years of Wing Chun and 2 years of Kali. And wanted to experience Jeet Kune Do, since Bruce Lee's base was from Wing Chun. Through my lessons, have grasped a better understanding of the 5 ways of attack; and how mobility and interception plays and important role in Jeet Kune Do. Highly Recommend.
